What is the El Paso United Family Resiliency Center?
The El Paso United Community Resiliency Center (CRC) is a new program of the United Way of El Paso County. Through the navigation of our trained Resiliency Navigators, we serve families experiencing financial hardship directly and indirectly by the COVID-19 pandemic.
What services do you provide?
The El Paso United Community Resiliency Center is dedicated to serving families financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the navigation of our trained Resiliency Navigators, we connect individuals and/or families to basic needs assistance, i.e. rental and utility assistance.
Are your services free of cost?
Yes, our personalized case management and referral services are free of cost for all El Paso community members affected by the pandemic. We do not require any form of payment for our services. The CRC will also strive to make referrals to partners offering services free of cost.
Who is eligible to receive services?
El Paso community members that have experienced a financial hardship, directly or indirectly, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Below please find some examples of the eligibility requirements:

Community Members who live within the El Paso city and county limits.

Community Members who can prove financial hardship or loss of income due to COVID-19.

Community Members who rent their residence within City limits.

Households with income that does not exceed 80 percent of the median income (AMI).

Community Members who are not receiving duplicated services from any other agency.
